Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

MinBuildly operates the MinBuildly platform at minbuildly.com. We are the data controller for any personal information you provide to us. If you have any privacy questions, contact us at contact@minbuildly.com.

2. What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to run the service:

Account data

Your email address, display name, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile name and avatar. This is required to create and maintain your account.

App data

Your apps are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB / localStorage). They are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly share or export them.

Marketplace data

If you publish a template to the Marketplace, its content and metadata are stored on our servers and visible to other users.

Usage data

Basic, anonymous usage metrics (e.g. page views, feature usage counts) to help us improve the product. This is not linked to your identity.

3. What We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect payment information (we have no paid plans at this time)
  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies
  • We do not sell, rent, or broker your personal data to any third party
  • We do not read the content of your personal apps

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure
  • To send transactional emails (password reset, account notifications) — no marketing without your consent
  • To display your profile within the platform (e.g. as a template author in the Marketplace)
  • To improve the platform using aggregated, anonymous usage data

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use a single session cookie set by Supabase to keep you logged in. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. Your app data is stored in your browser's local storage and IndexedDB — this data never leaves your device unless you choose to export or share an app.

6. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run MinBuildly:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — application hosting and CDN

Each of these services processes data only to the extent necessary to provide their function and is contractually bound to protect your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal reasons. Marketplace templates you have published may remain visible until manually removed.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and personal data
  • Object to or restrict our processing of your data
  • Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@minbuildly.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

MinBuildly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of MinBuildly after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
