The fastest way to reach us is by email. Whether it's a question, a bug, feedback, or a partnership idea, send it over and we'll get back to you. We're a small team, so messages go straight to the people building MinBuildly — not a ticket queue. Most emails get a reply within a day or two.

What to include

A little context goes a long way and helps us help you faster. Depending on why you're writing, try to include:

• Bug reports: what you did, what you expected, and what happened. The device and browser you were using helps too.
• Feedback & ideas: the app or block you're working on and what would make it better. We genuinely build from this.
• Account help: the email address on your account (never your password — we'll never ask for it).
• Partnerships: a sentence or two on what you have in mind and who you are.
